About Lauren

Coming from a dancing background movement has always been a part of my life.  When I found Pilates everything fell into place and my love of movement was balanced by my love of helping people.   Our bodies were created to move, technology has forced us to be stationary...I feel that bringing movement back into our every day life is essential in creating  a happy and balance lifestyle.

In my Pilates classes I love to work on strength, posture, releasing, re-activating and re-aligning the full body - muscle, fascia, mind and body - to ensure that you always walk out feeling longer, stronger and better after every class.

​

As I grew in my field of teaching, I became very interested in just how integrated all our body systems are in creating a happy, healthy body and lifestyle - I ventured into the world of Nutrition and specialise in Nutritional Deficiencies and Sports Nutrition, as well as overall general dietary nutrition.

With over 16 years of experience in working with the body, I am more passionate than ever to help my clients grow in their practice and to become the best movers they can be!
