Contract Registration Form

Our studio set or personalised contracts are worked out as follows:

(Price of the class x by the number of classes per week x 48 weeks / 12 months) - 10% = your monthly payment

​

What this means is that you get a full 4 weeks worth of free classes built into your monthly installment price to allow for sicknesses and holidays and cancelations - and then still another 10% discounted as well!

This is a great way to commit to your sessions and ensure that your timeslot is permanently reserved just for you.

While we encourage all clients to catch up and reschedule classes wherever possible - we have ensured that we give a full month of leeway for cancelations as well - already built into the price

Ts & Cs:

• Contracts are paid for monthly for 12 consecutive months - including Dec and Jan

• All contract pricing will be adjusted according to our annual price increase every January (usually between 3 and 5%)

• No classes carry over into the following months

• No credit is refunded due to missed classes

• Classes may be rescheduled wherever possible - first option will be into your preferred instructors schedule pending her availability, second option will be to find a timeslot in another instructors schedule, third option you could bring a friend to join for a free session in place of your catch up - or send a friend in your place should you not be able to make it.

• All contracts carry a 1 month notice period for cancelation - should clients wish to rejoin a contract within a 3 month period of cancelation they will be charged a R1000 rejoining fee - this is to avoid manipulation of the contract rules.
