
About Cara
Movement has always been a big part of my life. I grew up doing ballet and modern dancing, and that’s where my love for the way the body can move began. I’ve always enjoyed staying active and fit, and I’m constantly working towards feeling the strongest and healthiest I can be.

I first started going to Pilates classes with my mom about 12 years ago. I always loved how amazing my body felt after each session, more connected, stronger, and just better overall. After I had my daughter two years ago, I turned back to Pilates as a way to rebuild my strength and get back into shape. I honestly fell in love with it all over again. It has helped me feel stronger than ever, both physically and mentally.

After years of working as cabin crew for an international airline, I decided to follow my passion and dive into something that really lights me up. My goal is to help others feel great in their own bodies, just like I have. Pilates has changed my life, and I can’t wait to share that with others.
