
About Karen
Movement has been part of my life since childhood. With 16 years of dance training in classical ballet and other styles, I developed a deep appreciation for the way the body can move. I first discovered Pilates in high school while recovering from an illness and immediately fell in love with its benefits for both body and mind.

With over 10 years of teaching experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all ages and abilities – from young adults to the elderly, from athletes to those recovering from injuries or living with chronic conditions.
​
My approach focuses on balance, strength, and mobility, while creating a space where clients feel inspired and supported. My hope is that every client leaves class feeling stronger, more mindful, and motivated to move through life with confidence.
